Order Placement and Confirmation

Order Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this period, your order may already be in fulfillment, and cancellation requests might not be accepted.
Returns and Refunds
- You must submit any return request within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging to qualify.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
